What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for assisting the loan officers with administrative lending and clerical duties.

What you’ll do:
- Serve as primary receptionist for Loan Officers and assist with the loan needs of the branch/market.
- Greet and direct visitors applying for a loan.
- Organize loans for customer signature and loan processing; preparing loans for booking; typing credit memos, letters and correspondence.
- Cross-sell bank products.
- Answer and direct incoming calls or relay messages, as circumstances dictate.
- Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
What you must have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding.

- Previous experience as a loan assistant
