$75k - $90k (flat rate) — based on experience and what you bring to the table

5+ years of professional experience in diagnostics and general automotive repair
Can handle European, luxury, and domestic vehicles with confidence
Takes pride in doing the job right the first time — every time
Is organized, proactive, and stays busy without being told to
Works well alongside a small, tight-knit team and doesn't bring drama through the door
Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Mitchell 1 experience is a plus
