Full Job Description

Who We Are:

Anthia Health did not begin as a standard business venture. It began with a family and a determination to fundamentally reform the care experience for families navigating behavioral health services. Anthia Health is intentional about creating an environment that promotes safety, competency, and clinical rigor as the foundation for real outcomes for children and families. Our BCBAs do more than supervise and assess; they actively develop the staff they lead.

The Role:

This is a full clinical BCBA position: assessment, program design, family collaboration, and direct oversight of learner progress. You’ll carry a manageable, intentionally-sized caseload so you can do that work well.

Your core clinical responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive ecological assessments tailored to each learner's needs
Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Writing clear, data-driven and compliant clinical notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates
Collaborating with families as active partners in their child’s programming
Participating in clinical team meetings, peer consultation, and case review
Collaborating with leadership on quality assurance initiatives
Maintaining compliance with BACB ethics standards and Anthia Health's clinical protocols and quality standards

A meaningful emphasis of this role is evidence-based staff training and development. At Anthia Health, BT preparation is a clinical function, not an administrative one, as quality depends almost entirely on the person delivering it. Staff training responsibilities include:

Contributing to structured, competency-based training for BTs using behavioral skills training (BST), performance feedback, and direct observation
Conducting initial skills assessments and ongoing competency evaluations to determine readiness for independent service delivery and/or advancement
Supporting BTs through the RBT credentialing process, including task list preparation and supervised hours documentation
Identifying performance gaps and implementing individualized coaching plans in collaboration with clinical leadership
Developing and maintaining training materials, procedural integrity checklists, and fidelity tools tied to each learner’s active programming

What We're Looking For:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Michigan
Experience providing individualized services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities
Demonstrated experience training and supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs
Fluency with competency-based training frameworks and behavioral skills training (BST)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
