About the Role
Our Physician Assistants aren’t just providers — they are leaders. As a PA-C at Allure Medical, you would take ownership of your practice, leading patient care with confidence while maintaining operational excellence. You would serve as the “Captain of your ship,” ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and patient satisfaction while delivering advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments.

What You Would Do
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic and medical treatments, including:
- Cosmetic injectables (Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler)
- Fat reduction procedures
- Hormone pellet placements
- Endovenous laser treatments
- Image-guided joint injections
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate and recommend products, memberships, and elective treatments with integrity
- Diagnose and treat hormone imbalances and varicose vein conditions using evidence-based practices
- Lead patient follow-up care from consultation through recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with medical standards
- Demonstrate leadership in clinic flow, patient communication, and service excellence
- Pursue continued education in aesthetic and regenerative medicine
- Lead your location with confidence, ownership, and accountability
- Travel to Allure Medical offices as needed to support patient care and clinical excellence
Ideal Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and valid Michigan PA license (DEA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of PA-C experience (medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or aesthetics preferred)
- Experience performing cosmetic procedures and consultations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and patient-focused mindset
- Ability to work two 12-hour shifts and Saturdays
- Adaptable, organized, and growth-oriented

- This position requires leading your own practice and operating with a high level of independence. Are you comfortable managing clinic operations, patient flow, or leading a medical team?
- Do you currently hold an active Physician Assistant (PA)/PA-C or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Michigan?
- How many years of experience do you have as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner?
- This position requires working a 4-day schedule, including two (2) 12-hour and two (2) 8-hour shifts per week and every Saturday during training. Can you commit to this schedule?
- Are you willing to travel between Allure Medical office locations to support patient care and clinical consistency? This would include Ann Arbor, Clarkston, Livonia, Shelby Township, Southgate, and Warren.
