Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at Severn Side. This role is integral to our operations management; the successful candidate will be expected to manage, analyze and organize vast amounts of data, and support effective administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consistent and accurate data entry and administration
- Management of confidential and sensitive data, adhering to strict compliance and data protection regulations
- Reviewing discrepancies in data received, and working to resolve these efficiently
- Supporting the wider administrative team where necessary, contributing to a well-organized and efficient office
- Production of regular reports to monitor and analyze data trends
- Maintaining and updating databases and computer systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Accurate data entry skills; high attention to detail is essential
- Proactive team player; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing time well to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems management
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to interpret and understand complex data sets
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable
