HVAC Account Manager – Air Distribution & Building Solutions

Full-Time | Laurel, MD

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established HVAC distribution company that specializes in air distribution products for commercial and industrial construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business, and helping contractors, engineers, and building owners find the right solutions for their projects.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and end users.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with product selection and project requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects and customer inquiries simultaneously.
Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

Experience in HVAC, air distribution, building materials, or a related technical sales environment.
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience selling air distribution products such as diffusers, grilles, registers, dampers, louvers, or fans.
Previous outside or inside sales experience within the commercial construction industry.
