Duties

Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer phone systems efficiently with professionalism and courtesy
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, updating records, and maintaining spreadsheets for various administrative purposes
Assist with office management duties such as organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and supporting clerical operations
Provide customer support through clear communication, problem-solving, and timely follow-up

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction; bilingual abilities are a plus
Experience with multi-line phone systems and data entry tasks demonstrating attention to detail
Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, and document management

Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles within medical settings is advantageous but not required
Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence
