Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time/PRN Home Health (Scottsdale, AZ)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Type: Part-Time & PRN

Part-Time Schedule

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

PRN Schedule & RequirementsShift Requirements

Must work a minimum of 6 shifts every 6 weeks, including 1 weekend shift during that period.
Participate in 1 on-call rotation per quarter.
Work 1 major holiday each year.
Successfully complete the required onboarding and clinical training within 2–3 weeks of hire.

Available PRN Shift Options:

8-Hour Shifts

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

10-Hour Shifts

7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift availability is based on patient needs and business demands.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
Implement physician-ordered treatment plans using established nursing protocols.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the patient's plan of care and nursing standards.
Perform all nursing skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Arizona Nurse Practice Act while adhering to BrightStar Care policies, procedures, and protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray.

Travel Requirement

Must be willing and able to travel to patient homes throughout Scottsdale and surrounding service areas, including Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills.
