Known for our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, we are committed to delivering exceptional outdoor living experiences to our clients.

Summary of Role

We are looking for a dynamic, talented and results driven Outside Sales Consultant that has a passion for working with customers to upgrade their outdoor living spaces. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-earning sales environment where we provide leads in conjunction with you developing your own pipeline, then this could be the place for you. This role is ideal for a competitive professional who loves closing deals, exceeding goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in meeting homeowners, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the exciting process of designing and building their ideal outdoor escape. This could include a backyard/pool remodel, new pool with associated features & landscaping. Projects can total 300K+ in revenue.

Compensation

Commission-based; our sales consultants earn an average of $125,000 annually with top performers exceeding $200,000!

Key Responsibilities

Design & Sales

Identify opportunities to grow existing business and expand our footprint in the Phoenix Metro area.
Cultivating & developing relationships with customers & home builders that have a need for outdoor lifestyle projects.
Conducting in-home consultations with customers.
Sell/design/estimate/negotiate, both remodel, new pool and landscaping projects.
Maintain & build a sales pipeline.
Utilize company CRM tools to close prospective customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Represent the company in a confident but selfless manner during client meetings, site visits, and community events.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience. Pool/landscaping industry is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) and familiarity with tools such as Monday.com & Quick Books.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
