Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Cultivator and play a vital role in producing high-quality cannabis plants. This hands-on position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and in controlled greenhouse environments, applying your horticultural expertise to cultivate healthy, thriving plants. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal growing conditions, implementing cultivation protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of plant health and quality. If you’re passionate about agriculture, experienced with plant care, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing industry, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

Prepare and maintain cultivation areas, including soil beds, greenhouses, and outdoor plots
Monitor plant health daily by inspecting for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and water usage efficiency
Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, trimming, and harvesting cannabis plants
Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for cultivation tasks
Record detailed data on plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and treatment applications
Support greenhouse climate control systems to optimize temperature, humidity, and airflow
Implement pest control measures following safety guidelines to protect crop health
Assist with general land management activities such as landscaping and lawn care as needed
Lift heavy containers or supplies safely during routine cultivation activities

Qualifications

Prior experience in horticulture, farming, landscaping, or outdoor gardening is highly desirable
Knowledge of irrigation systems and water management practices
Hands-on experience with greenhouse operations or indoor grow environments preferred
Familiarity with plant identification and basic plant biology concepts
Mechanical knowledge related to gardening tools and equipment operation
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with good recordkeeping skills using basic math for measurements and calculations
Outdoor work experience in varying weather conditions required
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to plant care and maintenance
