Full Job Description

The Laundry Gal is a locally owned laundry service serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Fox Cities. We are a growing small business with a strong focus on providing reliable service, building relationships, and continually improving how we operate.

This position supports a small group of locally owned businesses under the same ownership. You'll help keep the financial and administrative side of the businesses organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

This is not a traditional "sit at a desk and wait for tasks" role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and creating better systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Business Operations Coordinator who can confidently manage bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and operational support with minimal supervision.

The right person will be comfortable working independently, spotting opportunities for improvement, and helping bring structure to a growing business environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online across multiple businesses
Reconcile bank accounts
Maintain accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Collect and track monthly rent payments from tenants
Monitor lease terms, renewal dates, and important lease updates
Track tenant balances, late payments, and applicable fees
Assist with payroll processing and reporting
Prepare financial reports and provide organized information for decision-making
Maintain business documentation and administrative systems
Communicate with vendors, service providers, and professional partners
Help improve processes, workflows, and organization
Complete special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Strong QuickBooks Online experience (required)
Previous bookkeeping experience
Experience supporting small businesses preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities independently
Strong communication skills
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
