At Knuth Financial Life Planning, we help individuals and families make confident financial decisions so they can focus on what matters most. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating an exceptional experience for every client. Whether you're coming from banking, customer service, healthcare administration, or another professional office environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Associate, you'll be an essential part of our team and help ensure every client receives outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome clients and visitors to our office
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage advisor calendars
Prepare client meeting materials and paperwork
Process account paperwork and follow up to ensure completion
Assist clients with service requests and account maintenance
Maintain accurate client records using our CRM
Coordinate client communications and follow-up
Assist with client events, educational workshops, and appreciation events
Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks
Help keep the office organized and running efficiently

Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and willing to take initiative
Comfortable learning new technology and software

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, administrative support, healthcare administration, or another professional office environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Experience in financial services is a plus but is not required. We are committed to training the right individual who shares our values and passion for serving clients.
