Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end staffing process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have excellent organizational ability and be able to pivot as needed. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s growth by attracting top talent and fostering positive candidate relationships. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruiting efforts across multiple channels, conducting interviews, managing employment contracts, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce development while utilizing your skills in negotiation, relationship management, and HR sourcing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate employment terms and prepare employment contracts in compliance with employment & labor law standards.
Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Maintain relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders for talent acquisition initiatives.
Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future roles.
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
Assist with employee evaluation processes and employee relations initiatives related to staffing.

Experience

Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultanteously within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and research to identify top talent.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
Background in customer service, account management or lead generation activities is advantageous for proactive sourcing efforts.

Some in-state travel required.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
