Full Job Description

Responsible for the production schedule and distribution in a cost-effective and in a timely manner, in compliance with Company and customer requirements.

Essential Functions:

1. Determine production requirements based on plant capability and production specifications. Coordinates Sales Order requirements, such as: Prepare ATO for Open orders or stock program per SOP, including material transfer for Subcontractors, Labeling and Shipping Requirements, in addition to Shipping methods that satisfy product delivery.

2. Create level loaded Master Production Schedule while maintaining targeted inventory levels of Finish Goods for Safety stock programs.

3. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules with Production Control Clerks, Production, Packing/Shipping or any other related staff. Collaborate with Supply Chain to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues. Prepare efficient training programs for all planning processes and manage inventory level for all components and finished products and ensure compliance to all business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Business Administration preferable or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of Planning management experience in the manufacturing setting.
3. Computer knowledge (MS Office and manufacturing systems).
4. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and labor laws.
6. Leadership skills, teamwork, good written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, Knowledge of Supply Chain and Distribution Management, ability to meet deadlines, conflict management, and effective interpersonal relationships.
7. Bilingual (Spanish and English).
