At Ozark Prosthodontics, you'll work at the intersection of advanced technology, craftsmanship, and patient transformation—designing high-end dental prosthetics that restore confidence and change lives.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and create custom dental prosthetics using industry-leading CAD/CAM systems
Collaborate closely with experienced prosthodontists to deliver highly personalized results (on-the-job training in dental-specific workflows provided)
Apply engineering precision and artistic judgment to every case
Leverage AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and precision in a digital lab environment

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, biomedical, industrial, or related field), OR currently enrolled and on track to complete an engineering degree within 12 months
A strong eye for detail, spatial reasoning, and aesthetics
Interest in dental anatomy and terminology (we'll train the right person)
Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
Willingness to learn new software, workflows, and AI tools
Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred (but not required)

CAD/CAM certification or training
Prior dental lab or digital design experience
Experience with 3D modeling, parametric design, or additive manufacturing (3D printing)
