Full Job Description

Quality Control Compliance Analyst / QC Reviewer

Location : Remote and Onsite Thrice a week - Vienna, VA

Duration : 6 months with extensions

Compensation*

Rate : $50/hr to $60/hr on W2

*This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.

To review, analyze, and report on service, and controls, to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, mitigate risk and remediate operational and regulatory vulnerabilities. Conduct quality control reviews of documentation, processes, and/or system to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, industry standards, and operating procedures. Maintain data in the quality control system platform to ensure adherence with regulatory government agencies requirements. Monitor corrective action target dates to ensure prompt remediation and control implementation to comply with regulatory government agencies requirements.

Maintain and update quality control procedural manuals, job aides, and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, or related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Basic knowledge or experience of the industry
Basic knowledge of credit union, and/or lending or banking principles, systems, policies and techniques
Experience identifying relevant analytical problems, determining appropriate diagnostic methods, and solving unique and complex issues/problems
Effective customer service focus and relationship management skills
Effective skill using innovative thinking to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process
Organizational, planning and time management with significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Effective skills following, interpreting, and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices, and regulations
Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely while working with and communicating with all with all levels of employees and management within and outside the organization
Experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Advanced skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Advanced word processing, presentation software and spreadsheet skills
Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of operational and regulatory risk controls, concepts, and practices
