Full Job Description

Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Nashua, NH (Applicants must live within 40 miles)

What You'll Do

Answer approximately 12–17 inbound calls each day.
Help clients review their current life insurance coverage.
Recommend better coverage options based on each client's needs.
Educate clients on available products and carriers.
Build trust and provide outstanding customer service.
Meet individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Use company software to manage client information and applications.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must be willing to commute to our Nashua, NH office.
Willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing assistance provided).

Compensation & Benefits

1099 Independent Contractor position
Uncapped commissions
First-year earning potential: $80,000–$250,000+
Average agents earn approximately $9,500 per month
Top-performing agents earn $18,000+ per month
Ongoing residual income

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
