Pay & Shifts

$18–$19 per hour
2nd & 3rd shifts available

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with factory operations, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production processes while ensuring high-quality output that meets company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage equipment such as forklifts and power tools safely and efficiently
Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions accurately
Assemble components using hand tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical knowledge
Conduct quality checks using measuring devices to ensure products meet specifications
Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling of materials
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the manufacturing area
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets on schedule
Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards
Assist in managing production documentation and inventory control

Requirements

Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with knowledge of assembly line operations
Hands-on experience with forklift operation and warehouse procedures
Proficiency in using measuring instruments and interpreting technical drawings
Mechanical knowledge coupled with experience in mechanical assembly and use of hand tools
Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and process improvement techniques such as lean manufacturing
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely
Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocol guidelines
Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and technical equipment
Ability to interpret production documents, technical drawings, and specifications accurately
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly desirable
