Full Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

I2Pure is an early-stage medtech and pharmaceutical company positioned to disrupt the multibillion-dollar disinfection and wound care markets across healthcare and industry biosafety. On the foundation of a broad and growing intellectual property portfolio and an enthusiastic reception from the US healthcare market, I2Pure is preparing for rapid growth and expansion. We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for I2Pure's molecular iodine product lines. This role carries leadership responsibility for product manufacturing (internal and external), procurement and sourcing, product packaging, quality and regulatory compliance, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and ensure the reliable, compliant, and efficient production of I2Pure's products from raw material sourcing to internal and external manufacturing to customer order fulfillment.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

I2Pure is an iodine technology company dedicated to advancing health and biosafety through its patented, non-toxic molecular iodine solutions. I2Pure’s mission is to prevent pathogenic threats to the world. Our OTC antiseptic product line of antiseptic solutions is manufactured under the FDA OTC Monograph and 21 CFR Part 211. Our technology can be utilized for countless applications across healthcare, industrial biosafety, consumer products, and food processing.

KEY RESONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

Product Manufacturing: Lead product manufacturing operations, both internal and through external manufacturing partners, ensuring consistent quality and on-time output across production lines. Direct the supply chain function as an integral part of the production process.Streamline manufacturing operations to strengthen cost competitiveness, raise quality standards, boost customer satisfaction, and safeguard employee safety.
Procurement & Sourcing: Work with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and sourcing strategy for raw materials and components and for packaging, negotiating terms and ensuring continuity of supply.
Product Packaging: Oversee product packaging operations and specifications, ensuring compliance with product and regulatory standards.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Director of Quality Engineering to ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities across all supply chain and manufacturing activities, including adherence to applicable FDA, EPA, and DEA regulations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory planning and control to balance service levels with efficient use of working capital.
Order Fulfillment: Lead order fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate, timely delivery to customers and distribution partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operational leadership, supply chain management, engineering, biology or chemistry, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Several years of progressive manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, specialty chemicals, micro-electronics).
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA-regulated or EPA-regulated manufacturing and quality systems, including experience with Medical Device Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820), as well as familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations. Experience with DEA List Ichemical compliance.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing and supply chain functions, to serve as an ambassador of the company, and to interact with senior leadership and board members.
Clean Criminal History: An absence of any criminal history involving drugs, alcohol, volence, dishonesty, or FDA disqualification or debarment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Direct experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in a small or early-stage company managing multiple operational functions.
Established supplier and vendor networks in relevant industries.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
