Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Min 6 months to 2 yrs or experienced professionals can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
