Branson Road Works is seeking an experienced Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS). This role is ideal for a strong field leader who takes ownership of jobsite safety, crew performance, and client relationships.
Per Diem & Benefits
PER DIEM – PAID Weekly
- $110 per day for lodging
- $68 per day for meals
TOTAL PER DIEM: $178 per day
UP TO $1,246 PER WEEK (7-day week)
This per diem is intended to cover lodging and meals
Position Overview
As a Traffic Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily traffic control operations on an active project, managing crews, ensuring compliance with MUTCD and project plans, and serving as the primary field point of contact.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and jobsite conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead traffic control crews in the field
- Set up, modify, and maintain traffic control per approved Traffic Control Plans (TCPs)
- Ensure strict compliance with MUTCD, CDOT, and project-specific requirements
- Complete daily field reports, safety logs, and documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and internal management
- Proactively identify risks, conflicts, or changes and escalate as needed
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional jobsite at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor or Colorado (TCS) certification (required)
- Previous experience supervising traffic control crews on DOT projects
- Strong understanding of traffic control layouts, staging, and field execution
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and changing schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
