About Us

Minted TCG has become a trusted destination for trading card games and sports cards, known for exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a genuine passion for the hobby. We're committed to providing an outstanding experience for players, collectors, and enthusiasts of all experience levels.

We specialize in Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece Card Game, and a rapidly growing selection of sports cards, sealed products, and collectibles. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

We're especially interested in someone who actively follows the sports card hobby, keeps up with Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, and other major product releases, understands current hobby trends, and enjoys helping collectors find the right products.

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. You'll assist customers, maintain an organized sales floor, process transactions, help manage inventory, and contribute to the welcoming community that Minted TCG is known for.

ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

Welcome customers with friendly, knowledgeable service.
Recommend products based on customer interests, collecting goals, and experience level.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Assist with inventory management, stocking, pricing, and merchandising.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
Buy, sort, and evaluate trading card game singles, sports cards, and collections (training provided).
Stay informed on new product releases, hobby news, and market trends to better assist customers.

Community Engagement

Build lasting relationships with regular customers and new collectors.
Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Support store promotions and community initiatives.
Gather customer feedback to help improve the overall store experience.

QualificationsPreferred

Strong knowledge of the sports card hobby and/or trading card games.
Actively follows Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, and other major sports card releases.
Familiarity with current hobby trends, products, and collecting culture.
Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required

Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and the hobby.
