Job Summary

Job Description

Machine Operation sets up and operates a variety of Lathes while needing little or no assistance from Lead Operator to machine metal parts to exacting tolerances and dimensions.
Responsibilities & Duties

Must be able to keep machines set up and running.
Read blueprints and follow work orders. Responsible for quality of work.
May be required to run CNC mills or manual machinery.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

0-2 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Typically requires completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and or experience.
