Overview:

Ready to Be the Right Hand to Senior Leadership?

We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support four senior-level executives within a large, fast-paced organization.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. We need an experienced executive support professional who knows how to manage the moving pieces behind senior leadership—complex calendars, competing priorities, executive presentations, confidential communications, meetings, travel, and high-visibility projects.

If you've successfully supported C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, or other senior leaders and are known for staying three steps ahead, we want to hear from you for this Direct Hire Opportunity.

You'll Stand Out If You...

Have supported 3+ senior executives at the same time
Have prepared presentations or briefing materials for executive or leadership audiences
Are comfortable managing calendars that change throughout the day
Have worked directly with C-suite or VP-level leaders
Are trusted with highly confidential information
Have a reputation for anticipating what an executive needs before being asked
Can confidently communicate with senior leaders and external stakeholders

What You'll Do as a Senior Executive Assistant:

Provide high-level support to four senior executives
Own complex, frequently changing executive calendars
Manage competing priorities and serve as an effective executive gatekeeper
Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and special projects
Develop and prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-level materials
Draft and coordinate executive communications, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Track deadlines, action items, projects, and executive priorities
Coordinate expenses, invoices, budgets, and related administrative activities
Partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization
Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively solve problems before they become problems

Skills and Experience:

What We're Looking For as a Preferred Candidate:

5+ years of executive administrative experience
Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite, VP, Managing Director, or comparable senior-level leadership
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Advanced complex calendar and scheduling management
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal executive communication
Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
Executive meeting, event, and travel coordination experience
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills
Ability to remain composed and accurate while priorities are changing
Excellent judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting executives within a large corporate, healthcare, professional services, higher education, or similarly complex environment is strongly preferred.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant executive support experience will be considered.
