OFFICE ASSISTANT — REMOTE

Temp-to-Permanent | Part-Time | $15/Hour

RBG Electrical, LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable Office Assistant who is ready to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience supporting multiple areas of our business.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building administrative and professional office skills. No electrical or construction industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Office Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Part-Time
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Training Provided: Yes
Experience Required: No prior electrical or construction experience required

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

The selected candidate will receive guided training and practical experience while supporting administrative functions across multiple departments. You will have the opportunity to develop transferable skills in:

Office administration
Professional communication
Document management
Digital filing and organization
Meeting coordination
Project and operations support
Professional workplace procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with data entry and document organization
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Assist with scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings
Provide general administrative support to department leads
Participate in training sessions and workflow shadowing
Assist with other administrative assignments as needed
