Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetic Injector, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' confidence and beauty through injectables and advanced treatments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in cosmetic procedures, delivering personalized care in a vibrant, client-focused environment. As an integral part of our med spa, you will combine technical skill with exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Administer aesthetic injections such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and safety, following established protocols.
Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations to ensure informed decisions.
Manage client consultations to assess goals and develop customized treatment plans that align with their expectations.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards throughout all procedures to ensure a hygienic environment.
Utilize salon or clinic management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Engage in social media videos and product demos to promote services and build our brand presence online.

Requirements

Valid nursing license with specialized training in aesthetic injection administration.
Proven experience (5 years +) working in the beauty industry, particularly with injectable treatments like botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and foster positive relationships.
Experience with med spa software systems such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards.
Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
