In addition to the SPF, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Providing structural engineering analysis and expertise for designs on a wide range of complex projects on new and existing facilities; 2) Preparing work drawings and technical specifications for the structural portion on construction projects; 3) Performing field investigations to verify and document existing conditions as a basis for the design for new/existing projects; 4) Providing technical specifications and assisting with detailed labor and material cost estimates for use in obtaining project funding for bid evaluation; and 5) Managing assigned projects from cradle to grave for adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Successful completion of a professional engineering degree. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

Physical Demands: The work is primarily sedentary. Occasional physical effort such as walking, standing, bending,
