ALEE is currently hiring a Behavior Analyst for our Clinic-based services!

About Alee Behavioral Healthcare:

At Alee Behavioral Healthcare (ABH) we are passionate about providing the very best therapy services for children with autism and related disorders. We are a well-established provider of ABA services, and have been serving the communities in Rhode Island for almost ten years- since 2017!

We strive to provide the highest quality ABA services to our clients and their families, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Behavior Analyst to join our growing team.

Our clinics are fun, safe, and engaging environments for our clients to learn, grow, and develop new skills. We work closely with our RBTs and BTs, as well as Lead Therapists, and others, to create a positive and supportive environment for all. We have extensive BT and RBT training programs, and believe cohesive, well-functioning teams, provide the best services.

About the Position

This is a full-time, clinic-based role centered at our Cranston location. As a Behavior Analyst at Alee Behavioral Healthcare, you will be empowered to lead your treatment teams and drive meaningful progress for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Own Your Caseload: Manage your own schedule, with core service hours typically between 9 am and 4 pm. We offer flexibility for remote work, scheduling modifications, and evening sessions based on your preferences.
Lead with Impact: You will spearhead your multidisciplinary treatment teams, including BTs/RBTs, Lead Therapists, and Treatment Coordinators to ensure the highest quality care.
Collaborate and Grow: You will report directly to the Clinical Director and join a vibrant, experienced team of BCBAs, benefiting from regular peer mentorship and case collaboration.

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a related field (E.g. psychology, education, social work etc)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Eligibility for Department of Health License in the State of Rhode Island
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Strong understanding and application of ABA principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, presentation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required

Responsibilities:

Conduct skill-based, preference and reinforcer, and behavioral assessments as indicated by the presentation of the client and make appropriate recommendations for treatment based on results.
Prepare individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans, incorporate client and caregiver/family preferences.
Ensure goals and objectives are meaningful and relevant to the client and his/her/their family/caregivers
Provide support and direction to the behavior therapist(s) implementing the treatment plan to ensure interventions are implemented with fidelity
Modify interventions as clinically indicated, in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and funding source requirements
Develop transition plan in coordination with the client’s treatment team, and supervise implementation of the plan
Manage assigned caseloads to ensure appropriate dosage, supervision frequency, and service delivery in accordance with clinical need and funding requirements.
Partner effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (such as speech or occupational therapists) to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to client care.
Ensure timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation, data collection, and progress reporting in compliance with company standards and funding requirements.
Participate in regular clinical meetings, staff training initiatives, and professional development activities to foster a collaborative learning environment.
