DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR/DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR

Our Periodontal Group is a multi-location periodontal practice that has been providing periodontal and dental implant care throughout Northern California for over 40 years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Treatment Coordinator/Dental Administrator who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment. JOB OVERVIEW

Our ideal Treatment Coordinator/Dental Administrator candidate will be a personable, polished, and professional individual, with exceptional communication skills, a friendly and positive demeanor, and a passion for providing the highest level of service to patients, peers, Doctors, and all stakeholders. The Treatment Coordinator prepares and presents financial information for all new and existing patients, answers phones to support the office and teams, schedules and confirms appointments and works closely with the doctors. The Treatment Coordinator will follow through with insurance companies, to provide support as well as a clear communication with the patients regarding their financial responsibility in order for the patient to follow through with the doctors treatment recommendations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma and three years of related Dental experience;
Minimum of 3 years Dental Experience;
Excellent customer service skills,
Ability to multi-task,
Computer proficiency, Dentrix software knowledge a plus
Periodontal and or Oral Surgery Knowledge is helpful
Treatment Coordinating experience is Necessary
Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional telephone and communication skills.
Collaborative team player who has the ability to deal with a wide variety of people in an effective and courteous manner.
Must be reliable, dependable, and maintain an excellent attendance record.

This is a full-time, 5-day work week/ 8hr day position with hours of operation that can range from 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Start times for schedule can vary based on the Doctors Patient schedule. Some travel within the Greater Sacramento area may be required.
