Angstrom Fiber - Auburn

Position Posting – *Maintenance*

Department: Maintenance
Date: November 21, 2022
Shift: All Shifts
Position Title: Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Perform tasks as assigned by Maintenance Lead person
Follow Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space Entry and all other GNA policies and procedures
Complete all paperwork required including PM sheets, daily activity sheets, burn permits, work orders, etc.
Work safely at all times & wear all PPE required to safely perform the job
Respond to repair calls and to emergency calls during non-scheduled hours
Weekend/Holiday/Overtime coverage expected
Perform other tasks/projects as needed

Job Requirements:

Proficient in the use of machine tools includes lathe, Bridgeport, power tools, etc.
Welding and fabrication skills, TIG, MIG, and stick welding
Possess basic skills in preventative maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatic and electrical tasks
Ability to use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.
Ability to read and interpret instruction and operation, and complete maintenance documents
Ability to work effectively with production and fellow maintenance associates
Problem solving skills and the ability to trouble-shoot issues
Basic mathematical skills, as well as ability to read measurements
Basic computer and data entry skills
Must attend classes to obtain or enhance skills as necessary
Personal hand tools required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
