Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Lead Behavioral Programming
Pay Rate: $72-82K Annual Salary
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire | 200-Day School Year Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated educational team and lead behavioral programming within a specialized K-5 autism and behavioral support program. This is a critical hiring need for a qualified individual who wants to make a meaningful impact not only on students' lives, but also on the development of educators, behavioral health professionals, and an expanding program. Typical Daily Duties:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), evaluations, and analyses
Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) while ensuring intervention fidelity across classrooms
Train, coach, mentor, and support educators and behavioral staff through modeling, supervision, and real-time classroom consultation
Design data collection systems, analyze outcomes, and utilize data-driven decision making to improve student success
Collaborate with educators, leadership, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student programming
Provide and oversee supervision hours for professionals pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification
Maintain documentation and compliance with professional, programmatic, and billing requirements
Promote a positive, inclusive, trauma-informed, and student-centered learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development, Psychology, or a related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
Experience supporting individuals with significant interfering or challenging behaviors across educational or clinical settings
Strong leadership, collaboration, coaching, and communication skills
Knowledge of data collection systems, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based behavioral practices
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, compassion, adaptability, and continuous growth
Valid Maine driver's license
