Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met

- Create employee schedules and assign duties

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns

- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is required

- Strong knowledge of POS system is preferred

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
