Full Job Description

EXPERIENCED OBGYN FRONT DESK SCHEDULER

Lone Tree OB/GYN & Midwives
Locations: Lone Tree and Castle Rock, CO

Position:
OBGYN Front Desk Scheduler

Hours for this Position:

4 Days a Week 8-4pm.

This is not a work remote position.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 an hour

Salary commensurate with experience.

Number of openings for this position:

Our office is looking for a quick learner with a welcoming personality who cares about quality patient care. Must be an experienced medical scheduler who can handle high volume phones and be a multi tasking master. Medical records, updating charts, answering phones and dealing with daily provider schedule changes are responsibilities you are familiar with. Must be able to work independently, capable of problem solving and be a team player. Working knowledge of EMRs (Athena would be a plus) is mandatory. Must be willing to work at our Lone Tree and Castle Rock locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scheduling for seven providers at two locations
Check-in/Check-out
Online scheduling requests
Handling high phone volume
Rescheduling multiple provider schedules
Fulfilling daily task boxes/Answering Emails
Medical records requests
Payment collections
Chart scanning/entry
Maintaining front office/waiting area

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
EMR experience (Athena preferred)
2+ years of front desk experience in patient care
