Receptionist Position Available – Join Our Dynamic Team! Plainfield IL

Type: Full-Time (30 hours per week)
Schedule: Split shifts for optimal work-life balance MWF 830-11am 230-6pm T 230-6pm Th 830-11am

If you're bilingual in Spanish and English, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments efficiently to keep our office running smoothly
Handling patient check-outs, including payments and follow-up instructions
Managing office flow and organization to ensure a seamless experience for everyone
Providing some patient education on basic health topics and procedures
Delivering top-notch customer service to build lasting relationships

Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required for effective communication)
High energy and outgoing personality to engage with patients and staff
Positive attitude and commitment to a healthy, balanced lifestyle
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effortlessly
Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is a plus, but not required – we provide training!

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
