Full Job Description

Come join our team in Happy Valley. We have new opening for a full-time Resident Manager at a 300+ market rate apartment community in Happy Valley.

This position requires at least 3 years of prior property management experience as a manger, and will need experience managing and motivating a large staff, have working knowledge of Tenant Landlord Law, have communications skills, customer service - resident retention experience, solid computer skills, working knowledge of Tenant Tech, and at least 3 years of AppFolio experience as a Workflow or Process Flow Administrator.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm.

This position does not require you to live on-site, but preference given to candidate with desire to live on-site.

Requirements:

3 years Property Manager experience overseeing 5+ direct reports

3 years AppFolio experience as a Workflow or Process Flow Administrator

2 years Tenant Tech experience

Duties to include:

- Leading team of seven team members

- Rent collection

- Maintaining tenant ledgers / Yardi

- Client relations

- Vendor relations

- Touring prospects

- Marketing

- Scheduling turnovers

- Maintain PO / Payables

- Move-ins/outs

- Walking grounds daily

- Preparing and scheduling work orders

- Managing maintenance staff / vendors

- Handling final accounting / A/R

- Communications with Portfolio Manager
