Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Austin, Texas

Facility: Good Health Solutions

Department: Associate Travel Program Administration

Schedule: Full-time | Assigned shift within the following: 4am-12:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm

Salary Range: $21.31-$28.84 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Schedule shifts and orientation shifts based on staffing needs and approved guidelines.
Monitor schedules and quickly reroute or backfill shifts when cancellations occur.
Send and track shift confirmations to ensure staff know where and when they are scheduled.
Communicate staffing changes clearly with float associates and hospital leadership.
Maintain accurate staffing records and follow established scheduling processes and support a consistent, professional staffing office experience for clinical teams.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need:

1–3 years of experience in staffing coordination or scheduling
