Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
Coordinate office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing supplies to ensure a smooth-running environment.
Support client communication through timely responses, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer support.
Assist with clerical duties including word processing, preparing reports.
Handle general administrative responsibilities like calendar management, scheduling meetings.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills.
Experience with office management procedures and administrative experience in a professional setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, data entry tools, and productivity software.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in proofreading and data entry tasks.
