Paramedic Pay/Schedule:

Multiple scheduling options – Both Full-Time and Part Time Available
Part time/Full Time pay Scale – $38,000 - $75,000

Paramedic Benefits:

High-volume 911 calls – real experience, not routine transports
Avg. FT medic earns $72K+ $23K above local municipal pay

Paramedic Essential Functions:

Respond to 911 calls & provide high-quality patient care
Communicate clearly with patients, partners, and healthcare staff
Document care accurately and professionally
Work effectively as part of a team
Maintain a clean, professional appearance
Promote safety & follow all reporting protocols
Support process improvements and high service standards

Paramedic Education and Experience:

Ohio Paramedic license (in good standing)
High school diploma or GED
Clean driving record preferred
Able to lead ALS calls confidently

Paramedic Physical Expectations:

Lift/carry up to 150 lbs. unassisted
Stand, walk, kneel, and climb as needed in emergency scenes
Use radios, phones, and computers effectively
Stay calm and focused in high-stress, fast-paced situations
Make sound decisions under pressure, including with combative or unpredictable individuals
