Chiropractic Assistant | Patient Care + Front Office

Within Chiropractic is a growing chiropractic office in Colleyville focused on helping people get back to feeling, moving, and functioning their best.
We're looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to become an important part of our patient care team.
This is not just a front desk position.
Approximately 70% of your role will involve hands-on interaction with patients and 30% will involve administrative and front-office responsibilities. You'll work directly alongside our Office Manager while also receiving clinical training from our chiropractor.
No previous chiropractic experience is required.
What matters more to us is who you are, how you communicate with people, and whether you can learn our systems and execute them consistently.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a major role in the experience our patients have from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Giving new patients tours of the office and helping them feel comfortable before their consultation and exam
- Assisting with new patient examinations
- Performing posture scans
- Setting patients up on and off our non-surgical spinal decompression tables
- Teaching and demonstrating prescribed exercises
- Preparing patient documents
- Cleaning and resetting patient care areas
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering patient text messages
- Patient follow-up
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting our team during occasional community marketing events
- Continuing to learn our systems and taking ownership of your responsibilities

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness, or the wellness industry is a plus, but it is not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus, but not required.

Our Environment
Within Chiropractic is a fast-paced office.
We typically see 50–80 patients per day, so there are frequently multiple conversations, patients, and tasks happening at the same time.
But fast-paced doesn't mean chaotic.
We've worked hard to build systems that allow our team to provide an excellent patient experience while keeping the office running efficiently.
We care about doing things the right way, treating people well, taking ownership of our responsibilities, continuing to grow, and making a meaningful impact on the people we serve.
Schedule
This position is approximately 28–30 hours per week.
Our current patient-care schedule is:
- Monday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM & 3:30–7:00 PM
- Tuesday: Office Closed
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM & 2:30–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM & 2:30–6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
Availability for these hours is required.
There will also occasionally be marketing events and weekend training seminars outside of normal office hours. These are generally scheduled well in advance.
