Arisun Industries is an automotive wheel and tire manufacturer. Our growing company is searching for a Bookkeeper who can offer reliable support to the team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Bookkeeping
Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification.
Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions.
Handle all payroll information, including using Quickbook Payroll services for payroll entry.
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and Bank statement.
General Ledger maintenance
Prepare Monthly financial reports for management.
Update Inventory Location and make sure all inventory accuracy.
Perform monthly end closing.
Perform other general office duties as needed.
Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

College graduate
More than one Years’ experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting, or business management is preferred
Familiarity with Wholesale Industry is preferred.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
Excellent of QuickBooks Premier software
Professional presentation and conduct
Must be responsible and self-managed.
Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Bilingual (English / Mandarin) a plus but not required.

Work Remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
