Full Job Description

CNC Mill Operator
Full-Time – Hourly, Non-Exempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)
Located in Bad Axe, MI

What this work looks like:

Uses macro program on machine for job assigned by leader
Selects steel of proper size, inserts into machine, indicates no tolerance
Arranges tools in machine in order they will be ran
Runs program until finished; checks that machines sizes agree with print specifications
Documents time spent for each order on daily time ticket for tracking and cost analysis

What you need to win:

High Scholl diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing experience
Computer skills
Ability to complete basic math functions
Ability to analyze information and report research results
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
The ability to be creative, innovative, detail oriented, and work independently
