Full Job Description

A rapidly growing Functional Medicine practice in Golden, CO is seeking a full-time Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in our state-of-the-art clinic. This is a Monday–Thursday position, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and working one Friday a month.

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for patients and an essential support for our integrated healthcare team. Core responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries
Scheduling, confirming, and routing patients for appointments
Collecting payments (cash, ACH, and credit card) and posting them accurately
Processing supplement orders and coordinating patient pick-up or shipment
Greeting patients and maintaining a warm, professional presence at the front desk
Collaborating with our clinical and administrative team to support smooth daily operations

Because our practice is growing quickly, responsibilities may evolve over time, and a flexible, can-do attitude is essential.

Our ideal candidate:

Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and reliability
Understands and responds well to a sense of urgency when helping patients or team members
Can follow detailed instructions and also think independently to solve problems
Thrives in a dynamic environment and adapts easily as processes and needs change
Enjoys being the welcoming, service-oriented face of the practice
Previous experience in a medical clinic is a plus

Schedule and benefits

Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
One Friday a month
3 Day weekends for 3 weekends every month!

We are pleased to offer a BONUS after 90 days. Further compensation and benefits details can be discussed during the interview process.
