Full-Time Dermatology Physician Assistant

Overview:
We are a well-established, fast-paced dermatology practice in Bakersfield seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about dermatology and eager to build a long-term career in the specialty. You will be joining a supportive environment with experienced mid-level providers and a Board-Certified Dermatologist who will provide comprehensive training in general medical and surgical dermatology.

What We’re Looking For:

Recent PA program graduates are welcome to apply
Must have a California license (required prior to start date)
Dermatology experience not required – training provided
Primary care or general medicine experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong interest in medical and surgical dermatology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must currently live in Kern County or be willing to relocate to Bakersfield full-time
3-year minimum commitment required

Role Summary:
As a Dermatology PA, you will work closely with our Dermatologist and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and treating dermatologic conditions, assisting with minor surgical procedures, educating patients on treatment plans, and supporting overall skin health. You will play a key role in enhancing patient outcomes in a welcoming, high-volume practice.
