Foundation Fitness is the premier fitness company in DC, MD and VA. We are rapidly expanding and looking to add highly motivated team members to provide personal and small group training to our high-end clientele. We are looking for potential team members who are available to work early mornings, afternoons, evening and weekends.

Foundation Fitness Team Members are responsible for:

Providing high level training for individuals and small groups
Offering support to help clients become the best version of themselves
Coaching clients on proper form and technique
Designing fitness programs, tracking key performance indicators and providing accountability for clients
Assisting in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, i.e.- being a team player!
Growing professionally by consistently building skills and knowledge
Building healthy, long-lasting relationships with clients and other team members
Maintaining accurate schedules and checking out sessions on a daily basis
Assisting with the day-to-day upkeep of the studio i.e. returning equipment and wiping down equipment after each use and replacing towels

Qualifications:

Personal training certification or degree is exercise science
Verifiable personal training experience or the ability to be coached
A passion for helping others
Ability to coach a wide variety of clients with various goals
A growth mindset - looking to improve and rise to higher levels
Strong communicator
Strong work ethic
A good listener

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
