Cured / 18th & 21st, a new restaurant from Wecker Hospitality Group, is in search of rock star staff members to become a part of our new and growing family. We need people who are full of energy and live to work under pressure. We are looking for individuals with stamina and experience, or those with a strong desire to learn. People who are looking for a great work environment, where they can make great money and get more meaning from their job. We need individuals who are flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends and holidays. This is the hospitality industry after all, who knew weekends and holidays were a thing? We need fast learners who can roll with the punches when we realize something isn’t working and we need to go back to the drawing board. Cured / 18th & 21st is seeking full and part time pastry cooks to add to our growing family!
A little bit more about what we are looking for:
We are passionate, detail oriented individuals, and are looking for you to be the same. You must have competent knife skills, knowledge of basic cooking techniques and work with a sense of urgency. Most importantly you should be do all of these things with smile on your face.
Must have basic knowledge in baking cakes, custards, desserts sauces, breads and plating. Perform other related duties assigned by the executive chef, sous chef, or manager on duty.
