Full Job Description

Busy Chiropractic Office seeking a mature, experienced Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant. The candidate must have a good work ethic, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

***MUST be fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH***

Job Description:

Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails
Make sure the waiting area is in excellent condition at all times
Schedule appointments
Collect and record patients personal and medical information
Verify payment methods and health insurance coverage
Track inventory
Prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments as needed
Assist with patient rehabilitative exercises and therapeutic modalities under the direction of the doctor
Currently licensed Chiropractic Assistants (through the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners) welcome, but not required for application, we will train the right candidate.
