Full Job Description

The Youth Transition Services Program Coordinator, reports directly to the Youth Transition Services Program Manager, and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of services offered to participants in the program. The Program Coordinator assists clients in obtaining needed services or resources, and develops/maintains relationships with external partners.

This position is part-time and operates on an as-needed basis, depending on program demand and scheduling needs.

Associate's degree in Human Services field required.
Reliable transportation required.
Valid Maryland Driver's license required.
Valid Automobile insurance required.
At-least one year of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills - Meticulous to details.
Ability to maintain professional and respectful relationships with program and department staff, individuals receiving services and external persons and agencies involved with services provided.
