Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of real estate management. This role involves engaging with residents, managing property operations, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. The Community Manager will also be responsible for enhancing community satisfaction and promoting a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
Oversee administrative tasks including lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications.
Utilize Manage America software for property management tasks, including tracking rent payments.
Maximize occupancy and enhance community appeal.
Coordinate facilities management activities to maintain the property’s physical condition.
Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety standards, lease expectations and maintenance needs.

Skills

Strong administrative skills with experience in real estate administration preferred.
Proficiency in Manage America or similar property management software is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts.
Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with residents and vendors.
Experience in facilities management to ensure the upkeep of the property.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
