Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting staff, managing office systems, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and technical proficiency to foster a productive and welcoming workplace.

Duties

Manage office operations, facility coordination to ensure a well-organized environment.
Oversee front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors, directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate data entry records, manage filing systems, and perform proofreading to ensure document accuracy and confidentiality.
Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets to prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate calendar management for scheduling deliveries while ensuring optimal time management.
Support client communication efforts by providing excellent customer service and support through phone or email interactions.
Handle clerical tasks including typing, document processing, and supporting administrative projects to enhance overall office productivity.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data management tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on clerical support and customer service excellence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
