Full Job Description

Participate in process and equipment validation for the pharmaceutical packaging process. Perform various tasks that include measuring instrument performance, establishing and maintaining methods for controlling the manufacturing process, and developing efficient ways to analyze data and monitor product performance. Expected to work closely with senior engineers to improve the quality assurance and development process. Additionally:

Gather business requirements and assure compliance with 21 CFR part 11 and data integrity.
Assist in gathering and documentation of user requirement specifications (URS).
Review, analyze, and prepare validation protocols for QC laboratory test methods.
Maintain the firmware of all lab platforms to the level request by engineering.
Generate URS, ICA, and IOQ documents used to qualify and validate equipment.
Document reports for installation qualification, operating qualification and performance qualification validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Used change controls to introduce modifications to official documents and processes in compliance with regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
